BOOKING CONDITIONS  

  1. Hotel Cancellation：Including amendment and any changes to your reservation.
    2. * 0 day before arrival date : There is a cancellation fee of your full booking amount.
    * 1 day before arrival date : There is a 80% administration and banking charge (NTD100 per time).
    * 2 - 3 days before arrival date : There is a 70% administration and banking charge (NTD100 per time).
    * 4 - 6 days before arrival date : There is a 60% administration but will have banking charge (NTD100 per time).
    * 7 - 9 days before arrival date : There is a 50% administration but will have banking charge (NTD100 per time).
    * 10 – 13 days before arrival date : There is a 30% administration but will have banking charge (NTD100 per time).
    * 14 days before arrival date : There is a 0% administration but will have banking charge (NTD100 per time).
  2. Returned payment fee for cancellation is TWD100.
  3. A booking deposit is required within 3 days of the date the booking is made (not including the date of booking). The rooms will be released after 3 days if the transaction is not completed.
  4. If the land typhoon warning is issued by Central Weather Bureau for Pingdung county on your arrival date, we will refund your full booking amount.
  5. Including children from 105cm height, the double room caters for a maximum of 4 guests (4th guest no charge), and the family room caters for a maximum of 6 guests (6th guest no charge). We'll serve breakfast and provide towels according to the room type.
  6. During your stay, if the maximum occupancy is exceeded, then your reservation will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave without a refund.
  7. No pets allowed. If you bring pets to hotel, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave without a refund.
  8. Please note you will be responsible and charged for any damage or missing items that is found when you check out.
  9. To provide a good stay at South Border DeSign HoteL, please lower your voice after 11pm.
  10. No fireworks allowed.
  11. No drugs or nuclear weapons allowed.
  12. The hotel tour is available exclusively from 12pm to 15pm.
